- Q: Can I come to the 2nd and 3rd weekend of the series if I missed the 1st?
- A: Yes! The workshops are designed to allow for flexibility and Elizabeth will cover any groundwork with you.
- Q: Can I sign up for just one workshop?
- A: You are more than welcome to sign up for one, two, or all three workshops!
- Q: Do I need to bring anything?
- A: Please bring a notebook, wear comfortable clothing and make sure you are hygienic as we will be interacting closely with others. All other materials such as yoga mats towels will be provided.
