For as long as I can remember, I’ve been called to help people feel safe, seen, and well in their own bodies. With over 25 years of experience in healing arts—including Thai massage therapy, functional nutrition, yoga, craniosacral therapy, and somatic wellness—I’ve come to understand something deeply: true healing happens when we address the whole person, and when families heal together.
My path began with learning how the body holds stories, tension, and wisdom. Over time, my practice expanded to include the energetic and physiological systems that shape our health: the nervous system, organ function, the meridian network, the breath. I became a certified yoga teacher and studied energy medicine, diving deep into how we can support the body’s natural rhythms and capacity to heal.
But it wasn’t until I began working closely with parents, children, and educators that my work truly came alive. I saw how overwhelmed and under-resourced many families felt. I also saw how just a few intentional shifts—in nutrition, nervous system support, emotional presence, and daily rhythm—could unlock incredible healing.
Today, I help families create nurturing environments where emotional regulation, restorative sleep, joyful connection, and vitality can thrive. My work blends ancient wisdom with modern science, but most of all, it’s grounded in love, trust, and the belief that healing should be accessible, empowering, and even fun.
If you’re looking for support that honors both the science and the soul of healing, I’m here. Let’s create a path forward—together.
