Evaluation Methods:

This integrative training is designed to awaken the healer within. Combining traditional Hatha yoga, restorative practices, somatic awareness, fascia release, Thai bodywork, nutritional insight, cranial sacral methods, and Chinese Meridian Theory, students are guided to learn through embodiment—not memorization.
Through interdisciplinary techniques and a healing-first approach, each trainee develops confidence in cueing, sequencing, touch, anatomy, emotional intelligence, and the therapeutic application of yoga for all bodies and levels.
Whether you're a brand-new student or a yoga teacher seeking a 200 or 300-hour certification, this training will deepen your personal practice and professional capacity.
By the end of this training, students will be able to:
✅ Teach restorative Hatha sequences infused with somatic tools
✅ Understand fascia, organs, and meridian flow in the body
✅ Apply nutrition and lifestyle to support wellness and teaching
✅ Teach with embodied clarity, confidence, and authenticity
✅ Yoga Alliance RYT 200 or 300 Certification
✅ YACEP-eligible CE hours
✅ Qualifies toward 500 RYT advanced designation

This restorative beach retreat is open to all Healing of Troy RYT 200/300 students and can also be attended as a continuing education experience for wellness professionals, yoga teachers, or anyone seeking transformation through somatic practice, fascia release, and therapeutic yoga.

Our retreat home is an oceanfront sanctuary with expansive views, direct beach access, and space designed for healing. All accommodations are shared and intentionally curated for comfort, simplicity, and community.
