Led by Elizabeth Troy E-RYT® 500, YACEP® - Healing of Troy trainings are the culmination of Elizabeth's 25 years of interdisciplinary knowledge of yoga, anatomy, physiology, organ function and nutrition.
Rest is not optional—it’s where true healing begins. When we sleep, the nervous system shifts into repair mode, giving the body the chance to restore balance. Fascia, our connective tissue web, softens and hydrates during deep rest, while the organs reset and the brain clears out accumulated stress. Without this nightly reset, tension lingers, inflammation builds, and energy drains. By honoring sleep and nervous system rest, we create the conditions for renewal—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
This integrative training is designed to awaken the healer within. Combining traditional Hatha yoga, restorative practices, somatic awareness, fascia release, Thai bodywork, nutritional insight, cranial sacral methods, and Chinese Meridian Theory, students are guided to learn through embodiment—not memorization.
Through interdisciplinary techniques and a healing-first approach, each trainee develops confidence in cueing, sequencing, touch, anatomy, emotional intelligence, and the therapeutic application of yoga for all bodies and levels.
Whether you're a brand-new student or a yoga teacher seeking a 200 or 300-hour certification, this training will deepen your personal practice and professional capacity.
